This Privacy Policy (hereinafter as “Privacy Policy”) applies to your access to and your use of the www.easysystemcontrol.com website (the “Website”), which is operated by ESC – Easy System Control s.r.o., seat at Račianska 88 B, 83102 Bratislava, Slovakia, Id. No.: 53802551, registered in the Commercial registry of City court Bratislava III, file No.155615/B (the “Company” or “we”). The Website is used to promote and sell consulting services focused on optimizing hotel management.

Usually, the contract-related personal data are retained for the duration of contract and 5 years after contract termination, mainly for the legal or accounting/tax related requirements and 4 years for the purpose of establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Cookies are retained usually for session duration (i.e. for as long as you use our Website) unless cookies settings and information state otherwise.

We do not sell any of your personal data to a third party. In order for us to provide our services to you, we however share your personal data with our trusted third-party service providers, e.g. authorised payment providers, provider of technical support and marketing, provider of group emails distribution, whose services we use for purpose of managing and organising communication with prospective and existing customers.
